
These are the chocolates that arrived from Harry & David for Father's Day and Mom's birthday. Fortunately, Kathleen took some pictures which I forwarded to the purveyor as evidence. While their customer service was very apologetic, they really didn't jump through any hoops to right the situation other than send a replacement box a week later. I think it must've been shipped by covered wagon. Since this was my second bad experience with Harry & David recently, and third overall, I think next time I'll stick with 1-800-FLOWERS. Or, maybe a gift card for Red Lobster.
